A few months ago I sent my son's picture out to several agencies in my area. One agency picked him up and we have a contract with them. Another agency emailed today asking for hard copies of his picture. I'm assuming once you sign with one agency, you have to turn down other ones. Is this correct? |

Reply with quote | #2 | It really depends on your agency and their contract. My daughter is with 3 agencies. Two of them are non-exclusive, meaning I can use other agents, and the other in exclusive to a small local area. So I would read your contract and see if your agency is an exclusive agency. If it is unclear, you can always ask them. Because if you do sign with another agency, it is good to let them know you have more than just them representing you. I hope this helps out!
